Augusta Westland

We acted on behalf of the manufacturer for the supply and support of avionics manufactured in Denmark to UK based Augusta Westland Helicopters, as part of their contract to supply EH-101 transport helicopters to the Royal Danish Air Force.

Not only did our negotiations ensure that the supplier and customer contractual requirements were compatible, and workable, our negotiation strategy minimized the supplier's contract risks. We also dealt with Trade Offset requirements between the UK and Denmark, and acted as the intermediary between the manufacturer and customer. to ensure that what we supplied met the quality management, and certification documentation, which either party was unable to alter.
